Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX3P2 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of DDX3P2’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where DDX3P2 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types DDX3P2 is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD are the cancer types where DDX3P2 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
