Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DDX3P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and HNSC show a favorable association.

CESC, LAML, and HNSC are the cancer types where DDX3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
