DDX31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, SFXN4P1, and RNA5SP35. Each is linked with DDX31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX31-to-partner and partner-to-DDX31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by DDX31-low versus DDX31-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX31→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
