DDX24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,573 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX24-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA3, TIMM9, and AHSA1. Each is linked with DDX24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX24-to-partner and partner-to-DDX24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX24 versus PSMA3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX24→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
