Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX11-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX11-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, UTP4, and MCM2. Each is linked with DDX11-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DDX11-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX11-AS1 versus MSH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
