Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX11-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX11-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DDX11-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX11-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

LIHC, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where DDX11-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
