DDR1-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDR1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,716 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDR1-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to mitochondrion, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with DDR1-DT in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDR1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-DDR1-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by DDR1-DT-low versus DDR1-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDR1-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDR1-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
