DDIT4L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDIT4L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDIT4L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CERT1, VPS53, and WASHC3P1. Each is linked with DDIT4L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIT4L-to-partner and partner-to-DDIT4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CERT1 grouped by DDIT4L-low versus DDIT4L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDIT4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDIT4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
