DDIT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDIT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-239P, HMGN2P9, and MTCO3P19. Each is linked with DDIT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIT3-to-partner and partner-to-DDIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-239P grouped by DDIT3-low versus DDIT3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
