DDHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,328 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCDH1, RPL5, and ZNF185. Each is linked with DDHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DDHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDHD1 versus PCDH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
