DCXR-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCXR-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCXR-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL3, GTF3C3, and RBM12B. Each is linked with DCXR-DT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCXR-DT-to-partner and partner-to-DCXR-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCXR-DT versus SH3BGRL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCXR-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCXR-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
