Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCUN1D5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,473 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCUN1D5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCUN1D5_S9, CWF19L2, and MTMR2. Each is linked with DCUN1D5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCUN1D5-to-partner and partner-to-DCUN1D5 results are reported.
