The most reproducible DCUN1D5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Ether catabolic process. Each is linked with DCUN1D5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCUN1D5-to-partner and partner-to-DCUN1D5 results are reported.
