DCSTAMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCSTAMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCSTAMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVG, CAPG, and ITGAX. Each is linked with DCSTAMP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-DCSTAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCSTAMP versus PARVG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCSTAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCSTAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
