Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCSTAMP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCSTAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Stathmin, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with DCSTAMP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-DCSTAMP results are reported.
