DCSTAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCSTAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCSTAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D3, SKOR2, and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with DCSTAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-DCSTAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D3 grouped by DCSTAMP-low versus DCSTAMP-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCSTAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCSTAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
