Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCST1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,754 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCST1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, POLD2, and MAST3. Each is linked with DCST1-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCST1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DCST1-AS1 results are reported.
