Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,193 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1_S1282, SNRPD2, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with DCAF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF7-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF7 results are reported.
