DCAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,574 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIPRL, BROX, and GOLPH3L. Each is linked with DCAF6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF6 versus TIPRL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
