DCAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with DCAF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by DCAF6-low versus DCAF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
