Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,019 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with DCAF6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF6 results are reported.
