DCAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, SYNPR, and SOX14. Each is linked with DCAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by DCAF6-low versus DCAF6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
