DCAF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCAF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2B, LEUTX, and ACSM2B. Each is linked with DCAF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2B grouped by DCAF5-low versus DCAF5-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
