Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,665 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, EIF2S1, and TRMT5. Each is linked with DCAF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF4 versus MTHFD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
