Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, RNU6-617P, and RNU6-33P. Each is linked with DCAF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD82 grouped by DCAF4-low versus DCAF4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
