DCAF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,188 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRHPR, APTX, and STOML2. Each is linked with DCAF10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF10-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF10 versus GRHPR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
