DCAF10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCAF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCAF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRHPR, ZBTB5, and RGP1. Each is linked with DCAF10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCAF10-to-partner and partner-to-DCAF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCAF10 versus GRHPR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCAF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCAF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
