DBNDD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBNDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,082 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBNDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P42, RNA5SP412, and RNU6-580P. Each is linked with DBNDD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBNDD1-to-partner and partner-to-DBNDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P42 grouped by DBNDD1-low versus DBNDD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBNDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBNDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
