Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBNDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBNDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with DBNDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBNDD1-to-partner and partner-to-DBNDD1 results are reported.
