DBF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHADL, ELL, and NIT2. Each is linked with DBF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBF4-to-partner and partner-to-DBF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBF4 versus CHADL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
