DBF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DBF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF15, FAM133B, and GTPBP10. Each is linked with DBF4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBF4-to-partner and partner-to-DBF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBF4 versus KIF15 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
