DAZL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAZL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAZL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, RPS27P1, and ZNF106. Each is linked with DAZL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAZL-to-partner and partner-to-DAZL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by DAZL-low versus DAZL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAZL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAZL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
