DAPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP249, CTBP2P9, and ACOD1. Each is linked with DAPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-DAPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP249 grouped by DAPL1-low versus DAPL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
