DAND5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAND5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAND5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICE2, SBNO1, and CEBPZOS. Each is linked with DAND5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAND5-to-partner and partner-to-DAND5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICE2 grouped by DAND5-low versus DAND5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
