DAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,864 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, MIR3661, and PARP2. Each is linked with DAB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB2-to-partner and partner-to-DAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by DAB2-low versus DAB2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
