CYYR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYYR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS12, RNU6-273P, and MIR4771-1. Each is linked with CYYR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYYR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS12 grouped by CYYR1-low versus CYYR1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
