Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1340P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1340P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1340P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU6-1340P RNA expression shows 8,000 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight KICH, STAD, and ESCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-1340P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
