Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP7A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,082 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP7A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with CYP7A1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP7A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP7A1 results are reported.
