CYP7A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP7A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, MIR6864, and UNC13B. Each is linked with CYP7A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP7A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CYP7A1-low versus CYP7A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
