CYP7A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP7A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1J, USP29, and OR1L1. Each is linked with CYP7A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP7A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1J grouped by CYP7A1-low versus CYP7A1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
