Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F62P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4F62P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU105C, RNU4-58P, and RNU5E-8P. Each is linked with CYP4F62P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F62P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F62P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU105C grouped by CYP4F62P-low versus CYP4F62P-high in UCEC.
