Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP46A4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,477 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP46A4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Neuron projection organization, and Notch signaling pathway. Each is linked with CYP46A4P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP46A4P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP46A4P results are reported.
