Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CYP46A4P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CYP46A4P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CYP46A4P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, CYP46A4P RNA expression shows 6,741 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight MESO, HNSC, and KIRP as cancer lineages where CYP46A4P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
