Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP3A52P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,411 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP3A52P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with CYP3A52P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP3A52P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP3A52P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by CYP3A52P-low versus CYP3A52P-high in STAD.
