CYP39A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP39A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,900 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP39A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPH, UTRN, and SMC2. Each is linked with CYP39A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP39A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP39A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP39A1 versus NCAPH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP39A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP39A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
