CYP39A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP39A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP39A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CYP39A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP39A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP39A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CYP39A1-low versus CYP39A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP39A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP39A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
