Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP39A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,922 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP39A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cholesterol catabolic process, Sterol catabolic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CYP39A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP39A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP39A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cholesterol catabolic process grouped by CYP39A1-low versus CYP39A1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
