Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2U1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2U1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL5AP5, LSP1P3, and PRNT. Each is linked with CYP2U1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2U1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2U1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL5AP5 grouped by CYP2U1-low versus CYP2U1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2U1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2U1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
