Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2U1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,561 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2U1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC2_S49, ARHGEF37_S251, and RANBP2. Each is linked with CYP2U1-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2U1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2U1-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2U1-AS1 versus DNAJC2_S49 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2U1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2U1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
