Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP2U1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP2U1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CYP2U1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2U1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LIHC show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CYP2U1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
